Yannik Heske is a tax consultant who provides comprehensive tax declaration and structuring advice to medium-sized companies and their shareholders. He also advises on project-based tax matters, including M&A transactions, tax due diligence, and the implementation of tax-optimized corporate structures.
In tax defense consulting, he supports his clients in external audits and appeal proceedings to safeguard their interests. Another key focus of his work is the tax advisory for non-profit organizations and public-law entities.
Yannik Heske has been working as a tax consultant at RLT since 2019 and was appointed partner in 2025. Prior to that, he held various positions in the tax administration of North Rhine-Westphalia from 2014, most recently as a tax auditor. He is a lecturer in business administration at Bochum University of Applied Sciences.
Yannik Heske studied tax law at the University of Applied Sciences for Finance in Nordkirchen and graduated as a Diplom-Finanzwirt (FH). He was appointed as a tax consultant in 2019. Yannik Heske speaks German and English.
