Thorsten Hintze is a tax advisor serving mid-sized family companies and their shareholders, as well as national and international corporate groups. His clients also include public corporations.
He advises them on an ongoing basis on tax returns and provides strategic tax advising, with a focus on corporate and group tax law.
Mr. Hintze joined the RLT Group as a partner at the Düsseldorf location on April 1st, 2020. In addition, he will also be responsible for tax advising at the Duisburg location, further advancing the cross-location collaboration between Düsseldorf and Duisburg.
He previously worked for over 20 years for Baker Tilly (formerly: RölfsPartner), spending over 10 years as a partner in the “Tax and Legal” business line.
Thorsten Hintze studied business administration at the University of Cologne, with a focus on business taxation, tax law and corporate financing. He was appointed as a tax advisor in 2001. Thorsten Hinze speaks German and English.
Mr. Hinze was a lecturer at the Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences in the business administration area.
