Jan Möller is a tax consultant and advises medium-sized companies and their (internationally based) shareholders on all commercial and tax law issues. His advice to clients goes beyond traditional declaration advice and also includes support with a wide range of special issues such as corporate transactions, structural measures or succession issues relating to business and private assets. One of Jan Möller’s main areas of advice is in the field of (double and multi-level) partnership structures.

Jan Möller has been working at the Essen office since 2017. Previously, Jan Möller worked in the senior civil service of the tax authorities. He is a lecturer in business administration at Bochum University of Applied Sciences.

He studied tax law at the University of Applied Sciences for Finance in Nordkirchen (now HSF Nordkirchen) and has been a Diplom-Finanzwirt (FH) since 2016. He was appointed as a tax consultant in 2020. Jan Möller speaks German and English.
